Welcome to ELGOUTECARS. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Requirements
- Renters must be at least [age, e.g. 21] years old with a valid driver’s license.
- An international driving permit may be required for non-Moroccan residents.
- A valid ID must be provided at the time of booking.
2. Rental Duration and Returns
- Rental duration is calculated in 24-hour periods.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented, or a refueling fee will apply.
3. Payment & Deposit
- Full payment is required at the start of the rental.
- A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned upon safe return of the vehicle.
4. Use of Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.
- Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
5. Insurance & Damage
- Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage options are available upon request.
- The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
6. Breakdowns & Accidents
- In case of a breakdown or accident, contact us immediately.
- A police report must be filed for any accident or major damage.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
8. Liability

- The renter is responsible for all traffic violations and toll fees incurred during the rental period.
